I have discovered that nothing is really free in this world. Everything is bought, only the currency changes. Thus to get whatever you want in this life, you either get to buy with money, time or sacrifice. The same applies to every spiritual virtue, you will ever need to live godly as a Christian. Therefore, Prov 23:22-23 admonishes that.
Buy the truth and do not sell it, also wisdom, instruction and understanding
Anyone who will treasure these four virtues can be sure of a good success.
